The hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptionally clean and spacious rooms, but I was disappointed that our reserved room wasn't available upon our early arrival. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff members who even treated us to a delightful dinner on the rooftop to make up for the inconvenience. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center and Victoria Falls, allowing for easy exploration. Despite the fantastic amenities, the dining experience ended up being overpriced for what was offered.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were decent in size with en suite bathrooms, but the amenities were not available upon arrival, despite booking in advance. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, especially from Tanaka. However, the food and drinks were overpriced. The location was convenient for a short walk to town, but not in the town center. The dining experience was enjoyable but expensive.
